| General Rules
Registration:
1. Your account name must be the name of your character. So if your account name is Mr. Happy, that must be the name of your character, as simple as that. Of course, you can use your characters nicknames and such.
Common Rules:
1. Description of scenes of death, gore, blood are allowed on this forum. 2. Members who hold important positions and who are not online for a week or more, without letting the Administrators know will lose their status. 3. Actions performed by the mods can be argued with the Administrators. 4. There must be no rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or flaming attacks to Administrators or any other member of the staff. 5. Multiple, repeated postings (except in the chat) are not allowed and will be deleted. 6. Member's avatar should represent the character they're playing. 7. If you have a Captain Class or Lieutenant Class character, you have to post at least once per week or you will be demoted.
Game Rules:
1. The person's character must act exactly like he/she described him/her/it when they submitted the profile. For example if you said your char is emo, you cannot make him run around happily. Or if he is a optimist, you can't make him kill himself. This rule can be ignored if your character has changed through character development done IN CHARACTER. 2. You cannot just kill another character just like that, be detailed - phrases like "I came and stabbed him in the head" or "I dodged." will be ignored and deleted. 3. You cannot describe other character's actions, that is called bunnying and it is yet one of the forms of God Mod. The only exception to this rule is the situation from Rule 4, which is right bellow. 4. If a member wasn't on the forum for 2 days, it's allowed to described his/hers character's minor actions aka traveling with a group of characters he/she is with, also your allowed to control his actions in battle if he/she isn't available. Meaning, when two days expire for your opponent to post his response to your attack, you can connect your attack on your opponent. 5. Don't create superheroes, it's going to be boring to play (Everyone can do it so why?). 6. You cannot do 100 actions at the same time in one post. 7. Play logically - If your character can't make another one of him/her, he/she cannot be in two places at the same time. In other words, no posting in multiple topics. 8. Be patient. Not everyone can sit on the computer all day - wait for other characters to reply. 9. If you're going to be absent more then 2 days, you should write it in the Absence topic or report to administration, and preferably act out your character's disappearance. 10. Canon dimensional transportation techniques (Senkaimon, Garganta..etc.) cannot be used to escape a combat topic, and may not be used in any combat topic. 11. If you are in an IC topic and get approved for an ability/power/rank/technique, it can not be used or applied in that topic unless of course you gain it through rp in that topic. Do understand that if you were training in that topic in which you gained an ability/power/technique, you will be exhausted to a reasonable extent. 12. Characters found and ruled inactive can not be re-registered/re-activated for continued play as that Character. You will simply have to design a completely new character. If the previous inactive character was an Elite, you can not register your new character as such.
Post Rules:
1. Your messages must be at least 100 words or more. One liners will not be tolerated. Also, Elites need to post at least once per week, otherwise they will be kicked out of their Rank.
2. You can only write in third person's side of view, without using the asterics(**). 3. Your message should contain actions, thoughts and speech of your character Your character's thoughts are to be written in italics. "Speech and dialogs are to be written in bold and encased in quotation marks. 4. You must always write where did you come from and to what topic you're going to go. 5. Failure to keep up with the post word count minimum will allow the staff to edit your posts to fit the minimum. Do not feel bad if your character is found kissing a guy, and is a guy. Due to your own lack of following the rules. 6. Elites 250 words or more per post.
Suicides:
They are not allowed. Performing a suicide will get you severely punished. Like this:
- The right of having an Alter Account will be taken from you for like 2 months. During that period you will have to stick only to your main character.
- All of the points which you have will be taken from your main account and the alter ones too.
- Your new character will have to start out as low as possible. So, if you commit a suicide and decide to make an Arrancar, your character will have to be a Number 99 Numero.
- There can be no more character "disappearances". This has been deemed loophole to the suicide rules and thus will be treated as a suicide, where the member will face consequences for suicides as they are written.
The so called "Hidden Attacks":
1. If a Staff member doesn't see the attack no matter how hard they tried, the attack will be voided. So, if you use such an attack, try making it properly explained for others to follow. 2. They CAN NOT be lethal. Meaning, if you wanna play with Hidden Attack sure, but you won't be able to kill someone that way. 3. This is RP. As such your attacks need to be DETAILED. In the case of hidden attacks it is hard to use detail SO if you use hidden attacks and forgo details such as Speed, Length, Distance, What it is doing damage etc, your attack will be VOIDED.
Exiting A Topic Rules:
There are occasions where a Role Player feels the need to exit a current topic, for one reason or another. However, we've taken into consideration that opting from one topic to another might not always be a smooth transition. There are numerous factors that one should consider, and that is interruption, via another Role Player. In regards to situations like these, there are certain guidelines that need to be followed. Please see below for this simple guideline.
A Role Player may prevent another Role Player from exiting a topic, by making their presence known. This could be done by finding some clever way to block the fleeing Role Player’s path. Whether it be via an attack, or performing certain actions, which will undoubtedly see them remain in the topic. However, the Role Player wanting to exit may freely do so, without proper interruption. If the topic that they choose to exit has had a final “Exit” post for 2 hours or more a day. After this time, then the “Exit” post of the Role Player becomes valid. However, if the Role Player that exited that topic didn't post in a new topic after this time, then one may intervene and prevent their exit. Please note that all "Exit" interruptions needs to be logical.
A Role Player may not exit a topic, if their actions in the final post of that topic, can be used to called a hit against someone. This exit will be deemed as invalid if those instances.
War Time Rule.
Whenever war has been declared on a particular realm or area, all private topics are hereby no longer impervious to intrusion. This means, others may invade these topics, and it is then left up to the host(s) of these topics to respond appropriately. Failure to respond could result in some harsh repercussions based on the actions of the intruder. An intruder on this site carries a broad meaning. Area of Effect attacks and mass attacks, may be classed as an intruder in some cases. In cases where one realm/race has declared war against another, privates topics in both realms will be affected. However, one cannot invade private topics in a realm that war has not been declared in.
Rule 34: (HA PUN)
Rule: As with all suicides, character disappearances, quitting the site, or being removed for inactivity will result in the same outcome. This includes, quitting the site and returning at a later date, being removed for inactivity and returning. Having your character disappear, or limbo and then you return. (Such as hiding in a private topic). This includes staff and members alike. If quitting is the result and a return, all points will be lost between the time of quit, and the time of the return. If the account was deleted, harsher methods may be enforced.
While playing on this forum, you automatically agree to read these rules and not to break them, respect the administration and other members.
HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR STAY. |
